Other influential members of the media who were nominated by GLAAD include New York Times columnists Frank Bruni and Maureen Dowd. Television programs “ABC World News with Diane Sawyer,” “Conan O’Brien,” “David Letterman,” “Anderson Cooper 360” also received a nod for various contributions to the LGBT community in 2011.
