Catch the Padres vs. the Angels at San Diego Pride’s annual “Out at the Park” celebration
Breaking News Tuesday, April 3rd, 2012This year’s “Out at the Park” event, hosted by San Diego LGBT Pride, will take place on Saturday, May 19 at 7:05 pm at Petco Park. Guests will watch the San Diego Padres take on the Los Angeles Angels and witness superstar Albert Pujols play his inaugural game as a member of the L.A. team.
“Out at the Park” participants may purchase tickets for $15, at a discount from the regular $18.50 individual admission price. Tickets include seating in the upper infield reserve area and can be purchased online through San Diego Pride.
Dwayne Crenshaw, San Diego LGBT Pride Executive Director, explains that “Out at the Park” is the city’s most popular event as the LGBT community gears up for Pride in July. “With San Diego Pride’s theme as America’s Pride this year, what better way to show our Pride than the LGBT community coming together to enjoy America’s favorite pastime,” he added.
Tickets for “Out at the Park” can be picked up at the San Diego Pride Office beginning on May 7, 2012. The office is located at 3620 30th Street, San Diego CA 92104.
